​​Every project is managed from start to finish by our experienced in-house team, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout.

​Estimating

Our estimating team carefully reviews each initial enquiry, working to the project requirements to provide detailed quotations that meet performance criteria, including thermal values and regulatory compliance.​

Design​

Once appointed, our design team works closely with architects, structural engineers, steelwork contractors, and other trades to produce detailed drawings that clearly show how each aluminium system integrates into the building. These drawings are then used to carry out accurate site surveys, ensuring every frame is manufactured to suit the project.

Fabrication ​

​All frames are fabricated in-house to a high standard using the approved drawings. Throughout fabrication, all metal surfaces are thoroughly checked and protected to ensure a high-quality finish. Every frame is then inspected by our quality control team before leaving our facility.

 

​​Installation

Finally, our fully qualified installation teams, with many years of experience, install each system correctly and efficiently. All frames are sealed to ensure the building is weather-tight, allowing the project to progress smoothly to the next stage.
